Property Management: Basis-Service

                     Four house checks per month

including:

• the inspection of the doors and the windows for proper closure
• the inspection of the alarm system (if available)

• the inspection of the functionality of the air conditioning system
• the inspection of the house temperature
• the inspection of all rooms on possibly visible insects
• the inspection of all water armatures on perfect functionality and tightness
• the inspection of all house safety devices
• the inspection of all electrical appliances of proper operation

• the inspection of the house lighting
• a visual inspection of pool, partio and cage on possible damages
• the inspection of services for lawn, garden, pool and pest control 
• a visual inspection of the house on possible outside damages

in addition, we take care of:

• emptying the mail box
• drawing up a monthly statement about your costs 
• the payment of your bills by payment from your own account
• the completion of necessary correspondence after consulating and coordination with you
• the hiring of specialized companies for necessary repairs and maintenance work after receiving your approval. 

For services beyond the scope of the above mentioned tasks and services we apply  additional charges. Please ask for details.
