Villa Endless View is in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral, one of the area’s most desirable neighborhoods. Situated directly on a canal, the villa offers a breathtaking view over a wide and long waterway - arguably one of the most stunning views of all of Cape Coral. Shops, restaurants, banks, and gas stations are just a few minutes away by car.

The villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious, light-filled living and dining area. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and impressed with real wood cabinetry and elegant granite countertops, leaving nothing to be desired.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the pool area through large sliding doors, allowing uninterrupted views of the beautifully designed outdoor space and the canal. It is furnished with a king-size bed and features generous walk-in closets. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a separate toilet, a spacious walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, and a double vanity.

The first guest bedroom overlooks the terrace and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious desk. The adjacent guest bathroom - also accessible from the pool area - features a shower, toilet, sink, and a storage cabinet for towels.

The second guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet and offers direct access to the second guest bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

The villa is equipped with four TVs -one in the living area and one in each bedroom - allowing you to stream your favorite programs using your own streaming provider. Please note that cable or satellite TV is not available. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house via Comcast. Additionally, the villa features a separate den, perfect for work or relaxation.

Open the large sliding doors in the living area and step into the spectacular, east-facing pool area. You’ll be greeted by a stunning 180-degree water view, a large infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue grill, sun loungers, and multiple seating areas around the pool. Both the pool and the spa are electrically heated.

At the dock, complete with a charming Tiki hut, you can relax with a drink, soak up the sun, and enjoy the natural surroundings. With a bit of luck, you may spot jumping fish, turtles, manatees, or even dolphins passing by - an unforgettable Florida experience.
